Job Description

As the newest member of our talented team, you will be a key component in managing all aspects of a variety of projects from inception to completion. You are a self-motivated collaborative professional with at least 10 years of experience who loves the nuances of architectural project management. You thrive in an environment where you're trusted to orchestrate all the details that ensure each project runs efficiently, stays within budget and delights the client. How you'll spend your day:Overseeing and coordinating architectural projects from inception to completion, including developing scope, schedule, budgets and project plansPresenting design concepts and project updates to all stakeholdersManaging all documentation, including drawings, contracts, permits, design specifications to meet codes and regulationsMaintaining project schedules, identifying and resolving any issues effectivelyWorking collaboratively with your team, ensuring every detail is taken care of driving each toward on-time deliveryGrowing professionally through project experience and continuing education/certificationsBe the go-to for Interiors with a keen eye for design and technically astute with modern toolsNurturing your network for new projects and building new relationships for our future business development and networking with your existing connectionsJumping in wherever you can to help bring our projects to life!Qualifications

What you bring to the table:

Bachelor's degree in architecture or interior design and at least 10 years of professional experience with an architectural firm and 5+ years of recent experience in a project management roleTechnologically savvy with an advanced level of hands-on competency with REVITAbility to apply architectural design principles to a wide variety of commercial and multi-family projectsNimble and strategic problem solver with the ability to identify potential issues and respond proactivelyExceptional written and oral communication skills - comfortable presenting design concepts and project updates to clientsNaturally gifted leadership - you love growing younger professionals through mentorship, coaching, and setting the example for excellenceStrong project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally assembling architectural deliverables and resolving project issuesAdditional Information

What you'll enjoy when you join us:

Salary $110,000 - $130,000 depending on experienceA nice suite of benefits and hybrid work arrangementOpportunity to gain experience in a variety of project types
