We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales/Design Specialist to join our team!Why You'll Love This Role:+ Sell with Style: Connect clients with stunning window coverings that transform homes into dream spaces.+ Expert Consultation: Utilize your expertise in home decor + product catalog to provide in-home sales consultations that leave a lasting impression.+ Enjoy the Art of Negotiation: Use a consultative approach to help clients realize their vision while driving sales success.+ Flexibility: Enjoy a flexible schedule that is tailored to meeting your KPI’s and client needs rather than keeping stuck at a desk from Monday-Friday, 9-5!The Offer:+ Base salary of $41k p lus commission.+ True first-year earning potential of: $70,000-$90,000, experience-dependent.+ Retirement Savings: IRA available+ PTO: 2 weeks available yearly after 90 days of employment.+ Mileage reimbursement for local travel to in-home/client appointments.+ Paid 90-day training period.+ Tech and tooling needed for the role available.+ Ongoing training and professional development+ Opportunity to work with a talented, dynamic interior design teamA Day in the Life:+ Drive either to the showroom or embark on
in-home appointments to engage in account management, sales acquisition and consultative sales with clients within a 20 mile radius.+ Schedule appointments with clients and engage with them in their homes to discuss their design needs, scope, and preferences.+ Showcase our range of high-quality draperies and window coverings, provide expert advice to help clients create their perfect space.+ Close sales with confidence.+ Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction/account management through exceptional service and follow-up.+ Act as a full project manager for each of your sales, from consultation to pre-installation, interfacing within appropriate timelines.+ Project-manage each sale by engaging in your own procurement, and record keeping per sales execution.+ Assist in designs and administrative work needed to project manage or close your sales where needed.What We're Looking For:+ Sales Enthusiast: A go-getter with a proven track record in sales and a passion for home decor.+ Design Savvy: Knowledgeable in drapery!
