Job DescriptionManages some of Timing Division Projects and lead cross functional teams that are focused on the delivery of products from kick-off to release for customers.Develops Defines and executes project plans, schedules, budgets and deliverables at a portfolio level.Ensure to exhibit full project ownership, become the got-to person for all internal teams for questions related to projects and have total involvement in all phases of product development process from start to finish.Working with Timing Division PMO lead responsible for tracking projects metrics/KPI such as schedule, risks, scope, budget, cost entitlement and manufacturability for entire TPD portfolio product line.Participate in Annual Operation planning. Working with Timing PMO lead to estimate, forecast, and manage individual project as well as program/portfolio spending to ensure actual spending tracks closely with forecast and avoid surprises.Maintain good discipline & practice guidelines, processes, and execution methodologies for team to follow to continuously improve project execution.Build trust and collaborate closely with functional leadership from other functional teams for identifying and removing execution roadblocks, mitigate risks and improve efficiencies for continuously improving project executionCollaborate with X-functional and Peers from other business groups to drive collaboration and harvest best practices and lessons learned to keep Timing Product group in sync with One Renesas methodologies, tools and systemsWork with demand creation, sales and marketing to align execution and sample priorities with market and customer needs to allow us to compete and win. Guide team to help prepare customer requested RFI, RFQ responses to bid on key business opportunitiesEffectively communicate with leadership, with the team and across the organization to keep stakeholders, leadership informed of project status, escalate early to identify and address issues before they start to impact execution metricsGuide team to prepare and effectively report project status updates at management decision point reviews as well as cross functional project progress reviews.Qualifications

Delivery of projects to schedule, budget, and quality. First time right mentality with executionImplement project management strategy to challenge status quo and drive higher efficiency of execution to scale up to the roadmap requirements.Continuous focus on mitigating project risk by tracking progress, contingency planning and acting on small signals with high urgency and timely escalation to prevent fire-fighting.Develop a strong discipline mindset among project teams that understand their role and responsibilities, collaborates with each other and others in the team and seamlessly executes with continuous focus on improving all execution vectorsExperience

Experienced semiconductor profession with 5-7+ years of relevant experience working for a major analog semiconductor company.3-5+ years of hand`s on technical program/project management experience leading teams to develop broad market or custom mix-signal analog products for commercial, industrial or automotive applications. PMP certification is not a requirement but will be plus3-5+ years of relevant experience being part of Product line NPI functional teams as a hands-on product, test, validation, design, quality or related functionIn depth understanding of new product introduction and product development flow from concept to production release. Exposure to Automotive process is a plusSkills

Proficient with industry standard project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, SharePoint, FMEA , Root Cause Analysis , Microsoft OneNoteEducation

BS, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Masters or PhD EE is preferred

Additional Information

The expected annual pay range for this position is $137,500 - $200,000. This position is also eligible for bonus pay.Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
