We are a direct marketing and customer acquisition company committed to delivering exceptional products/services to our client's potential customers. We are currently hiring a full-time Marketing Assistant to join our growing team and assist with our expansion efforts in the San Rafael area. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts and fostering positive customer relationships.
Responsibilities to expect as a Marketing Assistant:
Collaborate with the sales team to execute marketing campaigns that align with sales objectives.Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with our client's potential customersGather customer feedback and insights, sharing relevant information with other Marketing Assistants and development teamsContinuously learn about marketing trends, competitive landscape, and product enhancements to remain knowledgeable and effective in marketing discussionsParticipate in lead generation, and customer outreach activities to gain practical sales and marketing experienceMarketing Assistant Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience)Strong communication skills, both written and verbalCustomer-focused attitude with a genuine desire to provide exceptional serviceComfortable using a computer or iPadExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentExperience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or marketing is a plus
This position will involve in-person collaboration with various departments within our organization and we are looking for candidates who can reliably commute to and from our office in San Rafael, CA. If chosen for the position, the ideal candidate would be available to start within 2 weeks of receiving an offer.
