Job Overview:

We are looking to add and Account Manager to our field marketing team. The Account Manager serves as a day-to-day contact for internal teams and clients on all account needs. This position will work in unison with the integrated internal teams to ensure work is delivered at the highest quality and within deadline. Every day, we push the ideas, push each other, and push ourselves to deliver work that matters. For you, there's no project too small or too big.

As the Account Manager, Field Marketing you will work closely with the Local Field Marking team and be responsible to know everything about the client's business, products, opportunities, competition and using this information to meet and exceed client needs.

Responsibilities:

Work onsite daily at client location(s) to manage multiple, regional clients with several product offerings.Encourage clients to use agency POVs in developing ideas and advertising that best meets client mission goals and objectives.Publish activity reports, status reports, meeting notes, trip agendas, etc.Must be able to build and manage timelines, budgets, and program reports/recaps.Have a deep understanding of Agency and Clients.Strong relationship manager - client, teams, partner agencies and vendors.Provide constant attention to detail regarding the execution of activations.Work closely with Account Management staff in identifying and recognizing superior.advertising program offeringsTrain and manage local staff or brand ambassadors.Equipment maintenance and organization, including on-site storage space.Overall inventory management, as well as receiving/managing TMA & Client shipments.Qualifications:4+ years account management/client facing related experience.Background in traditional and digital media.Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communication, or a related fieldComputer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.Must have experience in developing and executing activation programs.Experience in the field executing events a plus.Excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills.Outstanding organizational, leadership and project management skills, attention to detail a must.Professionalism at all levels.TMA Perks & Benefits:Continuous training, educational programs, speaker series and workshopsCulture events throughout the year (just virtually now!)Communities to connect with:
