Developing a deep understanding of the brand's products/services and staying abreast of competitor activities.
Promptly and professionally addressing customer inquiries to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Facilitating the registration of new customers and ensuring smooth onboarding processes.
Maintaining meticulous records of customer interactions and generating daily reports to provide valuable insights to our clients.
