Be part of a team that shares your passion and drive, and start living your purpose at Better Health Group.Position Objective:The Manager, Field Marketing is responsible for leading a team of Community Liaisons to drive growth metrics within the assigned territory. This position reports to Director, Field Marketing (or similar role) and will oversee positive membership growth through education and and engagement.Responsibilities:Responsible for growth metrics of assigned territory and teamCollaborates with the Director of Field Marketing to execute an action plan for market activities and community outreach to support market growth and retention of assigned territoryCollaborates with the Leadership Team to execute successful new clinic openings in assigned marketOversee the work and performance of Community LiaisonsInterview and train new team membersLeads and assists with the development of strategic relationships with community partners, health plans, physicians, and office teams for new hiresAssists with coverage for open territory when neededMaintain regular communication with Director of Field Marketing with weekly/bi-weekly updates of current market strategies, successes, and challenges within the territoryConduct presentations to generate leads and increase awareness of VIPcare, SaludVIP, and targeted affiliate providersCoordinate marketing collateral required for events and advertisementsProvide support for special projects and educational efforts as directedDrive market membership goals for both growth and retentionMaintain relationships with Brokers, Health Plan Insurance Agents, Community Case Workers, and local Vendors associated with the senior populationFollow up with new patients and ensure scheduling of first appointmentPlans, coordinates, and executes local events within the communityResponsible for providing a monthly activity calendar of scheduled community events and forecasting new outreach opportunities and partner relationshipsObtain positive membership growth by educating potential patients about our Providers and proven healthcare modelOther duties as assignedPosition Requirements/ Skills:Bachelor's degree in a related field preferredLeadership experience in a healthcare sales environmentTwo years of marketing project management, communications and/or marketing campaign development, and event planning experienceExceptional interpersonal skillsStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsBilingual a plus, but not requiredExcellent ability to organize and follow-upMust have a current, valid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility and willingness to travel within the assigned market as determined by the business need is requiredProficient with Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for real-time collaborationPhysical Requirements:Ability to sit for extended periods of timeAbility to operate a motor vehicleKey Attributes/ Skills:Has a contagious and positive work ethic, inspires others, and models the behaviors of core values and guiding principlesAn effective team player who contributes valuable ideas and feedback and can be counted on to meet commitmentsIs able to work within our Better Health environment by facing tasks and challenges with energy and passionPursues activities with focus and drive, defines work in terms of success, and can be counted on to complete goalsDemonstrated ability to handle data with confidentialityAbility to work cross-functionally with multiple teams; ability to work independently with minimal supervisionExcellent organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills; must be comfortable communicating with internal and external stakeholdersStrong interpersonal and presentation skillsStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsMust be results-oriented with a focus on quality execution and deliveryAppreciation of cultural diversity and sensitivity toward target patient populationsCompensation & BenefitsWe offer a compensation w/bonus and a comprehensive benefits package:Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life401k, with employer matchPaid time offPaid holidaysMonthly Vehicle AllowanceMonthly and Quarterly Bonus based on personal and team performancePlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for their job.
