What You'll Do:

As we enter this next phase of growth, we are in search of an experienced enterprise B2B Product Marketing Leader, with a history of delivering successful launches and taking on legacy incumbents and emerging markets. As Vice President of Product & Solutions Marketing, you will have the opportunity to lead the positioning of LogicMonitor as the market-leading cloud-based infrastructure monitoring and observability platform for enterprises. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be in a position with high visibility to LogicMonitor leadership. As a crucial member of the team, you will use your experience as a senior leader to work across the organization to understand and position the value of our platform, while championing the voice of the customer.

Here's a closer look at this key role:Build out and lead a Product & Solutions Marketing team that will work in tight orchestration with LogicMonitor's Executive Leadership Team, Product Management, Marketing, and Training and Enablement teams to deliver the following:

Partner with the CEO, CMO, CPO, CCO and other executive team members to develop and refine LogicMonitor's platform and product value messaging.Inform and drive comprehensive messaging, positioning, and packaging strategies across all channels, ensuring consistency and maximum market impact for product releases, lead generation, and revenue growth. Work tightly with product management to define appropriate product packaging for tight product marketing integration.Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Field Enablement, and other teams to ensure consistent amplification of product messaging across all channels and campaigns, contributing to content creation through the entire marketing funnel and ensuring the website reflects up-to-date platform capabilities and positioning.Contribute to revenue growth and demand generation by owning product-related content that is used in demand generation campaigns.Deliver 'better together' messaging with key technology partners including AWS, ServiceNow, Cisco, Microsoft Azure, and more.Contribute to repeatable and consistent product launch processes. Collaborate across the company, notably with the Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.Lead Analyst Relations and Competitive Market Intelligence programs. Build and maintain strong relationships with industry analysts and influencers, gather and analyze market intelligence, and provide strategic insights to drive Marketing, Product, and GTM decisions. Implement a CI strategy to support positioning and help LogicMonitor stay ahead of and differentiate from the competitionServe as key spokesperson to LogicMonitors customers, prospects, partners, and analyst communities on topics related to the product roadmap, competitive positioning, and customer success.Lead a geographically distributed and growing team, spanning product and solutions marketing, competitive marketing, customer marketing and analyst relations. Develop and deliver differentiated company and product/platform positioning, packaging, pricing, and messaging that drives market success.Lead Customer Marketing initiatives, including customer engagement programs, nurture programs, and advisory boards. Work with Corporate Marketing to ensure consistent and effective storytelling across PR and AR channels, highlighting customer success and platform valueDevelop the themes and content execution for strategic company marketing events, including LogicMonitor's annual user conference, Company and Sales kickoff events, and more.

What You'll Need:

Bachelor's degree, or global equivalent, in an IT, business, or product/engineering field.15+ years of relevant experience within Product/Solutions Marketing and/or Product teams, with core experience specifically in Product Marketing for B2B SaaS.10+ years of experience building, managing, and mentoring high performance teams.High level of technical proficiency with the ability to deliver product-focused content marketing collateral to build awareness, an active online presence, and industry thought leadership.Proven ability to quickly understand complex product functionality and technical concepts, lead a team, as well as be hands on, to deliver on a variety of cross-functional programs and projects.Prior experience marketing B2B Enterprise products to Business and IT personas.Skilled writer with the ability to craft, review, and edit compelling messaging across a variety of formats (web, presentations, whitepapers, collateral, etc).Seasoned and engaging presenter to internal and external audiences across a range of forums (analyst and press briefings, customer meetings and forums, keynote presentations at large scale, product launch webcasts, podcasts, and more).Ability to articulate, enable, and lead internal teams to execute against repeatable processes.Demonstrated ability to hire, ramp, and scale high-performing teams, and manage PMM talent.Strong collaboration skills across Marketing, and with cross-functional teams in Product, Customer Success, and Sales.Positive and energetic with a keen sense of urgency and results orientation.Experience in Observability, IT Operations, Networking, Logs, or other closely related data-related SaaS desired.Willing and able to travel up to 25% possible.

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. LogicMonitor employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval. Base Salary Range

$300,000-$335,000 USD
