Job Title: Marketing Manager
Duration: 12 month contract, 40 hours a week
Possibility of Extension: Yes
Working Hours: 8-5pm
Hybrid, in-office 2 days a week, Downtown Chicago
This candidate will have a strong understanding of Consumer financing to produce effective and integrated marketing solutions. They will create, develop, and execute cross-sell, acquisition, and retention marketing plans/strategies that are consistent with brand standards and align with strategic objectives and initiatives. The role involves managing cross-functional relationships across the business to leverage new opportunities and services and acting as a liaison between the Lending line of business and internal marketing functions to provide input into the central marketing process and ensure alignment.
Role Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
Assist with campaigns for non-secured real estate lending products
Preparation of flyers for ad hoc mailing campaigns
Liaising with external agencies in order to initiate and complete physical mailing campaigns
Working with internal partners including marketing analytics, compliance, legal, and the line of business to ensure campaigns are on track
Working with online content to update various web portals and websites
Assist in carrying out email campaigns
Retrieving reporting as requested, and provide guidance based off analytical expertise
Must-Have Skills:
4+ years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in Business or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite with a focus on Teams, Outlook, Excel
Omni-channel campaign experience -mail, email, + web content
Previous reporting experience on campaign analytics
Experience working with external agencies / third parties
Previous experience in financial services, banking, clearing, insurance, or real estate
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Previous Lending experience**
Previous experience with Adobe Acrobat, Jira, or Workfront
