The Catholic Community Foundation of Southwest Florida, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the mission of Christ in Southwest Florida by helping provide financial support for both the immediate needs and the long-term sustainabilty of the Catholic Parishes, Schools and Ministries within the Diocese of Venice in Florida and beyond. This position provides a wide range of executive and administrative support to the Executive Director and Board of Directors, administers all corporate filings, records the minutes of all Board meetings, coordinates online and social media marketing initiatives and the various scholarship programs, manages gift processing, maintains the donor data base, and processes all invoices and accounts payable for the Foundation.

Responsibilities

Support the Executive Director, Board of Directors and committee members on all administrative tasksArrange logistics for all Board meetings, committee meetings, seminars, retreats, and other meetings whether on or off-siteRecordkeeping - organize and maintain all donor/fund files (both electronic and hard copy)Manage and order all supplies and materialsServe as a point of contact for Board members, donors, beneficiaries, grantees and other constituentsCoordinate marketing and communication initiatives including social media, website, email, printed materials, and promotional activitiesOversee and manage scholarship programs, which provide 50+ individual scholarships per yearOversee grant application processRecord and maintain minutes and notes of all Board and committee meetingsProcess all invoices and accounts payableAdminister all corporate filings and maintain the corporate book and records for the FoundationExhibit professionalism and provide world class customer service to all visitors and callersData Entry/Management - ensure timely and accurate data entry including donations, contact information, notes, birthdates and other pertinent informationGenerate and send donor acknowledgement letters/receipts, donor fund packets, invitations and other information/materials as neededRequirementsMinimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and administrative supportHigh School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferredExperience in online marketing and social mediaOutstanding time management, organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent customer service skillsExperience in a donor or customer-focused environment preferredExperience in graphic design a plusExperience in accounting a plusProfessional in attitude and demeanorExcellent communication skills both written and oralProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteProficiency in OutlookExcellent clerical skills regarding filing, follow-up, etc.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work in a mission-driven organization.Professional development and growth opportunities.Collaborative and inclusive work environment.The Catholic Community Foundation of Southwest Florida, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes candidates of all backgrounds to apply.Join us in promoting a culture of generosity and making a meaningful impact within our Catholic community through charitable giving.Please use the following link to access the job posting and complete the application process:.home?_fromPublish=true&c=2178107&d=DioceseOfVeniceExternalCareers#/
