For a list of states in which we are registered to do business, please visit .Role DescriptionThis is a part-time hybrid role as an Administrative Support & Marketing/CRM Coordinator in the Northeast (RI) office of Strategic Retirement Partners. The role is located on-site in Providence, RI, with some flexibility for remote work. As an Administrative Support & Marketing/CRM Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance and support to the Northeast retirement plan and wealth team, as well as managing and coordinating the marketing and CRM activities. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing and coordinating marketing projects and events, updating and organizing our CRM system (Dynamics & RedTail), updating and organizing our marketing collateral, creating marketing collateral, and assisting with marketing campaigns.QualificationsProficiency in marketing software (ex: Canva) and social media (LinkedIn)Experience organizing, populating and maintaining CRM software (e.g., Dynamics & RedTail)Strong organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail and accuracyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel & PowerPointAbility to multitask and prioritize tasksFlexibility and adaptability to changing work environmentsAbility to work independently and as part of a team
