SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Director of Marketing will plan, develop, and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing strategic content and executing successful B2B marketing campaigns. A successful candidate will demonstrate the leadership skills necessary to work cross-functionally and oversee and prioritize the department’s workload.

ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and execute the company's marketing strategy in alignment with overarching business goals and objectivesLead and manage small marketing team to deliver high-quality work within deadlines, prioritize projects and workloadsOversee the creation and implementation of all marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising for brand and four divisions of productsConduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insightsIn collaboration with the in-house team and agency partners, monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and strategies to evaluate their effectiveness and optimize accordinglySupport internal and external communications initiativesManage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectivelyStay up to date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep the company ahead in the competitive landscapeOversee company website maintenance and development across in-house team and agency partnersDevelop and support PR and trade media opportunitiesWork in partnership with key stakeholders to advance the revenue goals of the companyKNOWLEDGE, TECHNICAL SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
