Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.Estimated annual base pay: $110,900.00 (minimum) - $138,600.00 (midpoint) - $166,300.00 (maximum)

Woodward is hiring for an experienced Marketing Communications and Analysis Manager at one of our aerospace sites in IL, CO, MI or CA. This individual will be responsible for analyzing and forecasting short and long-term aircraft engine production, gathering and interpreting market intelligence and determining trends that affect our company. Monitor industry trends, customers, and competitors to provide insights for decision-making.
Develop and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gather market intelligence.
Analyze market trends and make recommendations for adjustments to production and sales strategies.
Manage trade show participation and ensure maximum ROI.
Conduct demand analysis and sales forecasting to inform production plans.
Provide investor relations support, including preparing reports and presentations.
What We Are Looking ForA Bachelor's degree in an applicable or related discipline is required (marketing, communications, business, economics, etc.).
A minimum of 5 or more years of experience in an industrial marketing communications role.
Proficiency with MS Excel and Power BI strongly preferred.
C-Suite interaction experience is highly desired.
