For more firm information, please visit www.osam.comO'Shaughnessy Asset Management (OSAM) is seeking an experienced and creative leader to further scale its high growth Custom Indexing platform, Canvas. The Product Marketer will play a vital role in the ongoing development and maintenance of strategy, execution, and distribution, of OSAM and Franklin Templeton's marketing efforts in the private wealth advisor marketplace focused on RIAs, private banks, and bank trusts. This position will work collaboratively with business development, product, operations, and creative services and requires strong knowledge of the investment industry and financial markets, excellent storytelling and creative skill, and project management expertise to assist in the development of industry-leading marketing programs.What are the ongoing responsibilities of a Private Wealth Product Marketer?

Create marketing strategy, programs, and content for the US private wealth channel, in consultation with marketing and business leadership.

Liaise with key internal partners to obtain in-depth expertise of client needs, business insight, and market trends.

Work with internal development and distribution partners to distribute content based on agreed cadence and calendar to augment business development and brand awareness.

Promote and educate on new Canvas capabilities to existing clients and broader market.

Evolve messaging and work collaboratively across business to ensure consistency and repeatability of messaging.

Establish process for goal setting and ongoing measurement of programs and initiatives.

Create and/or support the development of client-specific content.

Remain current with industry evolution, competitive landscape, and compliance and regulatory rules.

What ideal qualifications, skills and experience would help someone to be successful?

Measures of Success:

The primary measure of success is showing an ability to establish a plan, execute according to timeline, and objectively understand the success or lack of success in driving asset and brand growth.Key Skill Sets:Excellent communicator with a proven ability to write compelling content

Ideal Candidates Will Have:Bachelor's degree, preferably with a major in economics, business, marketing, or psychology. MBA or other educational and professional designations a plus.

7+ years' experience in investment product, marketing, or communication role.

Deep understanding of financial markets, vehicles, and industry.

Expertise with Microsoft Office applications and experience with other project management and design applications.

Knowledge of regulatory and industry rules, guidelines, and standards (SEC, FINRA, GIPS).

Location:Hybrid work schedule out of Stamford, CT or New York City for proximity to OSAM headquarters/office locations.Compensation Range: Franklin Templeton offers employees a competitive and valuable range of total rewards-monetary and non-monetary-designed to support the whole person and to recognize their time, talents, and results. Along with base compensation, other compensation is offered such as a discretionary bonus, 401k plan, health insurance, and other perks. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
