The ideal candidate is self-driven and will leverage superb technical, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive analytically sound recommendations to efficiently increase our marketing investments and understand our customers. You will partner with leaders across the organization to dig into strategic questions and your insights will help drive the prioritization and outcomes of the team’s efforts. Do the right thing, every time.ResponsibilitiesBelow is an overview of the duties and responsibilities you would take on in this role:Turning data into insights: Digging into strategic initiatives, developing insights through analysis, synthesizing and clearly communicating analysis both written and verbal.Evolving our data pipeline / reporting / monitoring: Understanding data available throughout the organization and leveraging it to build insightful dashboards to understand the prospect to customer journey and improve marketing ROI.Support the demand generation team by maintaining reports and dashboards that provide a clear understanding of customer acquisition costs and campaign effectiveness.Data Analysis and Insights: Collect, analyze, and interpret large sets of marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization. Generate actionable insights to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.Marketing Performance Evaluation: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing campaigns. Track, measure, and report on marketing performance, providing recommendations for improvement.Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behaviors. Utilize market insights to guide strategic decision-making and stay ahead of industry developments.Forecasting and Budgeting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing budgets and forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and business objectives. Monitor budget allocations and provide recommendations for resource optimization.Campaign Optimization: Work closely with the marketing team to optimize campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media. Leverage A/B testing and experimentation to improve campaign performance and ROI.Customer Segmentation and Targeting: Utilize customer data and segmentation techniques to identify target audiences and tailor marketing efforts accordingly. Develop personalized marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and finance, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Provide analytical support and insights to drive cross-functional initiatives.Stay Abreast of Industry Trends: Keep up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in marketing analytics and related fields.
