SUMMARY

As Marketing Programs Manager, you are responsible for the planning and implementation of marketing programs, processes and projects that support branding, demand generation, sales enablement and overall go-to-market of our strategic solution offerings.

You apply your experience and expertise from across the marketing mix to help define, refine and facilitate strategic marketing program and project planning, development, implementation and reporting. You are comfortable presenting program plans and updates; engaging internal and external stakeholders; and driving the delivery of on-time, on-spec assets and activities.

As key member of the marketing team and reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you collaborate closely and proactively with Sales, Product Management, Services, Development and other Marketing team members to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives.

You create program and project plans, budgets, and facilitate the review and approval with executive sponsors and other stakeholders. Further, you track and report performance against those programs with data and analysis across key metrics including program effectiveness, customer sentiment and adoption, and overall return on marketing investment.

CRITICAL OUTCOMES OF ROLEDevelop and implement marketing program and/or project plans in support of GTM plans and strategic initiatives.Collaborate and coordinate program stakeholders and contributors who are responsible or accountable for key deliverables, ensuring that they meet or exceed specifications and/or meet or beat deadlines.Develop and deliver thorough, regular communications and up-to-date reporting on marketing program development, processes and/or key projects to executive and operational managers.Apply analytical, creative and communication skills to ensure consistency and quality of content and activities across a marketing program or project.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Define, refine, and facilitate strategic marketing program and project planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives, go-to-market (GTM) strategies and strategic initiatives.Drive the delivery of on-time, on-spec marketing assets and activities, ensuring they support branding, demand generation, sales enablement, and overall go-to-market efforts.Manage the execution of marketing programs, including tracking progress, addressing issues, and ensuring successful completion.Coordinate and collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Services, Development, and other Marketing team members to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives, ensuring key deliverables meet specifications and deadlines.Present program plans and updates to executive sponsors and other stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.Develop and deliver thorough, regular communications and up-to-date reporting on marketing program development, processes, and key projects to executive and operational managers.Create program and project budgets, facilitating review and approval with executive sponsors and stakeholders.Monitor and manage budget performance, ensuring effective use of resources and achieving desired outcomes.Track and report performance against marketing programs, utilizing data and analysis across key metrics, including program effectiveness, customer sentiment and adoption, and overall return on marketing investment.Apply analytical skills to evaluate program performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.Apply creative and communication skills to maintain high standards and effectiveness of marketing program content and activities.Continuously seek opportunities to enhance marketing processes and program outcomes, staying informed about industry best practices and emerging trends.
