Regional Communications Manager and Executive Assistant
We are looking for a
Regional Communications Manager and Executive Assistant
for our
Huntersville, NC
facility. In this hybrid role, you will primarily focus on managing the commination strategies for the Americas Region working with internal and external stakeholders to create strategic execution of communication initiatives. The secondary focus of the role will be to provide executive assistance to the Regional President of the Americas.
Your Responsibilities:
CommunicationsCollaborate with the Americas Leadership team and leaders of different product lines to implement communication strategies across internal and external channels, ensuring a cohesive message and compliance with Global guidelines and brandingPlan and execute exhibitions to showcase the company's products and services in the region and prepare new product launchesLead regional communications team and coordinate and prioritize their activities for the region ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all communications channelsPrepare and execute digital communications with local and trade media via press releases, articles, and responding to inquires in a timely mannerResponsible for organization and delivery of corporate messaging tailored to a diverse range of employees within the organizationVoice of the region in the global communications teamResponsible for leading a team of 1-3 reports in the communications department located in the Americas regionExecutive Assistance
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the President of Americas, including follow up of initiatives, manage scheduling and execution of management meetings, business reviews, calendars and personal calendar managementPrepare and organize digital documents, presentations, and reports for executive reviewManage communication flow, often sensitive and confidential, between the President, Americas and Global Leadership Teams in Europe as well as other business stakeholder to ensure timely responses and effective collaborationHands-on team contributor on a variety of projectsYour Profile:
Bachelor's Degree- Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or English concentration preferred5+ years of experience in communications and/or marketing preferably working for an international company in technology or manufacturingEffective communicator with ability to communicate complex issues in a compelling and effective manner, combined with strong writing and presentation skillsProactive and organized with the ability to deal with short deadlines in an agile environment for a global organizationWillingness to get empowered to create value for the regional management teamSolid project management and/or event planning experience preferredManagement of projects and initiatives across hierarchical levels and multiple culturesHigh level of self-organization and passion for communicationPositive attitude and trustworthinessExecution minded and ability to independently make judgements and decisionsAbility to reprioritize in a changing environmentAdvance the leadership team in the use of modern communications and organizational tools (SharePoint, AI, workflows, Office 365, etc.)We offer:
