Marketing Position - Lunsford Team at Pillar To Post
Join Denver's #1 Home Inspection Company as our business expands to meet growing client demand in the home buying process.
Responsibilities:
Engage with real estate professionals to promote the Pillar To Post: Scott Lunsford Team brand.
Conduct weekly office visits to build relationships.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
Attend open houses and industry events to network and provide information.
Represent Pillar To Post at conferences and expos.
Collaborate with the office to implement targeted marketing strategies in our territory.
Attend after-hours business events to cultivate agent relationships.
Follow up with agents to foster recurring business.
Utilize corporate-provided marketing tools effectively.
Coordinate with Operations team for necessary materials and support.
Conduct phone work for scheduling and selling purposes.
Analyze marketing data alongside Operations team.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of marketing experience.
Real estate experience preferred, but not required.
Comfortable representing the company independently at events and meetings.
Proficient in cold calling, phone work, and scheduling.
Ability to work effectively from a home office and communicate via phone and email.
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
Strong familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter).
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint).
Reliable transportation for realty office visits and events.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Pay:
$25,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
