Job Description

Lincoln Tech’s Corporate Office located in Parsippany, NJ, is seeking a Senior Vice President of Marketing who will be responsible for developing and executing a clearly defined direct response marketing and communications strategy in a manner that supports consistent lead growth, business growth, captures market share and enhances brand equity and awareness. The SVP of Marketing supports the company’s marketing research and has the ability, experience, and knowledge to gather and analyze key intelligence data to propose meaningful short-term and long-term marketing strategies. He/she is fully aware of the competition’s marketing efforts at all times, as well as the needs of our target market. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, training, and managing all marketing functions to meet and exceed corporate objectives for sales, growth, expense management, and profitability while ensuring a consistent marketing message and a position consistent with the corporate direction. In addition, the SVP of Marketing will develop collaborative relationships internally and with third parties involving electronic commerce and digital marketing to provide effective lead generation for school locations nationwide.

Duties Responsibilities

Responsible for overall brand stewardship and ensuring the brand’s reputation is properly maintainedComplies with all Federal, State, accreditation and institutional policies and procedures.Create, manage, coordinate and execute all marketing strategies and implement tactical plans that meet and exceed company expectations.Develop unique value propositions, business partnerships, category management as well as a call to action-oriented advertising targeted toward key customer segments that increase brand awareness and lead flow.Lead and manage Direct Marketing and Advertising, Digital Marketing, Event Marketing, Social Media Marketing and Internal Creative Services.Achieve targeted lead flow results and ensure timely and effective execution of marketing tactics and programs.Analyze, evaluate, plan and execute on both existing and potential marketing efficiency and effectiveness of marketing programs.Conduct and analyze market research to determine competitiveness.Measure the effectiveness of the marketing department and implement improvements as required.Identify, interpret, and capitalize on marketing trends to include social media direct response.Manage a multi-million dollar marketing budget and lead, manage marketing expense, and remain competitive with all quantitative expectations.Coach, mentor, role model, and raise the team’s ability to deliver and exceed expectations while creating opportunities for succession talent.Develop and prepare key messaging and presentation material for senior management as needed.Research and analyze economic trends, buying habits and the demographic characteristics of consumers, their tastes and preferences.Research competitors for placement advances in all aspects of outreach.Work closely with Admissions in order to deliver lead flow that converts at an acceptable rate, while maintaining a highly effective cost per lead and Cost per Start.Lead and manage marketing intelligence and continuously analyze, interpret and report on competitor’s data and industry advances.Additional Requirements

Education and Experience

MBA and Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.Minimum 7 years of experience in leading a direct response marketing department.Significant hands-on experience and meaningful experience are a must in direct response marketing/advertising, including multi-media commercial production.In-depth knowledge of digital lead generation, seo, and paid searchEffectively lead, inspire, motivate, and manage staff. Able to analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, manage conversions, and manage change processes.Demonstrated ability to lead a large functional vertical, provide leadership, and represent the interests of the business unit managing staff.Must be able to work independently, develop strategies, and oversee staff project plans and guidelines from inception to completion.Must have experience managing a multi-million dollar budgetStrong presentation skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization, including the Board of Directors.Required Skills/Abilities

Post-secondary education work experience is preferred.Proficiency with MS Office Suite is critical.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including problem-solving.Knowledge and experience with online lead-generation strategies and techniquesDemonstrated ability to excel and drive outcomes in a fast-growing, multi-site, and distributed corporation.Travel

Travel is required to campus locations, corporate meetings, and industry conferences as needed.
