Project stakeholders and partners appreciate a designer’s ability to make things look good, but highly value the problem-solving at work as they create images, illustrations, graphs, graphics, static documents, and animations. In print and pixels, these visual artifacts simplify messages, make learning easier, and get people to pay attention.
The Graphic Designer has a diverse toolkit. They are experts with design software (for example, Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma), can spot style guide violations from a mile away, and fluently apply gestalt principles like it’s their first language. They understand the importance of a high quality “look and feel” and offer consulting and informed design recommendations to peers and colleagues. Both projects and relationships are managed with a customer focus and the right attention to detail.
