If so, the role of Production Designer might be your ideal fit!We are in search of a skilled and experienced Production Designer to join our team and play a crucial role in bringing our innovative concepts to life. Our client, has a hospitality portfolio as diverse as it is luxurious. From renowned golf courses and lavish hotels and spas to exquisite dining experiences and prestigious events, our client exemplifies excellence in every facet of hospitality. Join us in setting the standard for luxury and creativity in this dynamic industry.Responsibilities:Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and project managers to understand creative goals and technical requirements.Interpret design concepts and translate them into production-ready assets for various media (graphic design, packaging, displays, digital, print, etc.)Ensure all visual elements (images, text, logos) adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand identity.Manage and organize digital assets, utilizing appropriate file formats and maintaining a well-structured filing system.Prepare files for specific printers, online platforms, or other output methods, ensuring optimal quality and compatibility.Address potential issues like file size, color variations, or layout inconsistencies, finding creative solutions to maintain visual integrity.Proofread and ensure accuracy of all copy within the design layouts (text alignment, spacing, etc.)Oversee the final stages of production, making minute adjustments and refinements to layouts for a polished and professional end product.Qualifications:Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a production designer or similar role.Strong understanding of design principles, layout, and typography.Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).Excellent organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a team.The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40 - $43/hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
