3 days in office /2 days at home weekly

Job Summary

PatientPoint is looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager, Customer Engagement to develop and execute strategies that enhance customer engagement, retention and loyalty. This person will be responsible for driving customer interactions across various touchpoints and channels to increase product utilization and create demand for new products. This role is highly collaborative and will work closely with our Customer Success, Customer Insights, Product and Provider Sales teams to develop comprehensive customer communications and marketing strategies that align to business goals and objectives.

What You'll Do

Develop and implement targeted engagement campaigns and initiatives across multiple channels and audience tracks aligned to specific objectives; measure and report on performanceCreate personalized and relevant content and messaging that resonates with target audiences and drives desired actions and behaviorsDevelop marketing/communications strategies for targeted customer segments to communicate new product updates and drive increased utilizationAnalyze customer data and insights to identify opportunities for segmentation, targeting and personalization to enhance engagementIn partnership with the Digital & Demand Marketing team, implement marketing automation and CRM tools to optimize engagement workflows, automate customer communications and track interactionsWork with Customer Insights to analyze customer engagement metrics and KPIs and use insights to inform and optimize customer interactionsWork closely with Customer Success to develop and execute retention strategy, including development of a holistic onboarding communications strategySupport Account Managers with talking points, scripts, collateral, email templates to help them drive interest in new products among our customersCollaborate with Customer Success on training materials to increase utilization of productsWhat We Need

5+ years of direct experience in product marketing or customer engagement marketing, preferably within a healthcare settingBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Professional Writing or relevant fieldHighly developed training, presentation and written communication skillsExpert ability to manage projects from concept to completionHigh adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and changeAbility to communicate effectively with senior managementExperience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems and customer data analytics toolsWhat You Need to Succeed

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Sense of urgency to learn and take on new challenges
