Retail and Wholesale Marketing Coordinator

Our client, a well-known retail/apparel company, is looking for a Retail and Wholesale Marketing Coordinator to join their team for a 2+ month contract with potential to convert to FTE. This is a hybrid position that will require working onsite 3 days a week in San Francisco, CA.

Responsibilities:Coordinate Dockers brand presence across Wholesale accounts through consistent exhibitions and promotions aligned with global strategies.Collaborate with Sales and Brand teams for clear POS and Ecommerce communication.Master assortment plans to propose sales-increasing strategies.Maintain effective communication with buyers, marketing, legal, finance, and visual merchandising teams.Ensure timely print implementation aligned with Sales, Marketing, and Brand teams.Monitor weekly product performance and identify low-performing categories.Communicate effectively with Directors, team members, and other departments.Establish training, market visits, and sales tracking for quality execution.Manage budgets and identify opportunities to enhance floor performance.Develop specific marketing plans with Wholesale account teams.Request and ensure timely implementation of banners, ads, and graphics for WHS.com.Prepare detailed presentations for Market Week.Ensure seasonal consistency in POS displays and navigation.Coordinate content for Amazon and WHS.com, aligning with brand strategy.Manage purchase orders and track marketing budgets weekly.Create marketing strategies to drive traffic at LATAM points of sale.Collaborate with Brand Environment and Retail for better brand expression in stores.Form strategic alliances with shopping malls for brand communication.Oversee marketing plan execution across U.S. and Canadian stores.Track vendor execution at points of sale.Develop plans to improve traffic and visitor levels in DTC stores.Supervise seasonal promotional activities and budget tracking.Ensure Finance process and their invoices are submitted on-time.Follow up the billing process with other internal areas.Monthly conciliation with advertising agencies.Track budget expense by month, semester and year.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Administration or MarketingEssential experience in Retail or Wholesale MarketingProject ManagementKnow performance indicators for digital investmentsRetail experienceNegotiation skillsProject management experience
