We are seeking a highly-motivated and detail-oriented Product Marketing Manager to join Fora. Our booking platform, launched last year, is an all-in-one tool that enables our travel advisors to browse, quote, and book hotels for their clients in real time. As we continue to introduce new product features, benefits, and services to prospective and existing advisors and travel partners it is critical to effectively communicate and launch these products out into the world. This Product Marketing Manager will lead the go-to market strategy for new all product features.This Product Marketing Manager work with a cross-functional team across marketing, communications, sales, product, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end, leading the product go-to market strategy. You will report into the Senior Director, Commercial Strategy, and help drive overall product marketing excellence and growth as a team leader.Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies, including creating product videos, marketing materials, and optimizing web experiences with supporting sales, partner and advisor resources.Establish and manage workstreams across Product Marketing, Sales, Brand Marketing, and other key teams, prioritizing effectively to ensure efficient product launches.Collaborate with product & design teams to understand the advisor needs and uses of the features we are building and how those features specifically impact the work of our advisors.Collaborate with product teams to create high-impact pitches and demos for major product launches and new features.Write creative briefs and work closely with product & marketing teams to develop engaging and effective marketing materialsDesign and drive dynamic demand generation campaigns in collaboration with various teams. Develop thought leadership content, and work closely with demand generation and content teams to drive growth.Maintain effective and regular communication with leaders within the Marketing, Sales, Product, and Commercial organizations.Requirements

4 years of experience in product marketing at a top-tier organization and 4-6 years of overall work experiencePowerful storyteller: written, verbal, and visualCreative problem-solving skills with proven track record of leading scalable projects, programs and go-to-marketsExperience working with product marketing & sales channels to drive successful product growthTrack record of using data insights to solve complex problems and influence stakeholders, including cross-functional leaders, in a highly-matrixed organizationBold, entrepreneurial spirit who can build programs from scratch with a high degree of ownership to deliver measurable resultsExperience illustrating high-accountability in a dynamic, rapidly changing, ambiguous environmentCompensation$120k - $140k + equity

This role is based in New York City with a hybrid WFH & office schedule (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday are our Tribeca in-office days, with flexibility for Monday/Friday at your preference).Fora is backed by Forerunner, Insight Partners, and Heartcore.--WORK AUTHORIZATIONYou must have authorization to work in the United States.
