Who YOU are:Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design or a related field, or equivalent experienceMinimum 4 years of graphic design experienceExpert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign)Expert knowledge of design fundamentals including typography, layout, and colorAbility to create effective, high impact designsAbility to generate creative headline ideas and repurpose copy into new assetsStrong portfolio demonstrating a variety of work including print and digitalThrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a small but high-performing teamGreat attention to detail and highly organizedStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staffStrong problem-solving and organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments and rolesWhat YOU’LL do:

Create effective, high-impact designs that communicate the Stanford FCU brand and messagingDevelop creative advertising conceptsDevelop engaging and accurate designs for email, website, social media posts and ads, digital ads, brochures, direct mail, branch merchandising and signage, vehicle wraps, corporate identity, PowerPoint presentations, videos and other collateralManage all department design tasks from concept to completed deliverables; often with minimal copy and directionWork independently, proactively and efficiently to maximize productivityEnsure accuracy of each creative element by understanding products, campaign goals and advertising complianceRoute collateral for approval and coordinate changes and feedback from other departmentsOversee multiple marketing projects with attention to detail, accuracy and deadlinesCoordinate workflow between departments, outside advertising agencies, designers, and printersDevelop and maintain proficiency in software programs for design and production of various marketing piecesAssist in coordinating and participating in special events to promote the credit unionMaintain knowledge and expertise of branding guidelines for partners such as Stanford Alumni Association and AthleticsOther duties as assignedSome of our benefits for YOU:

Stanford Federal Credit Union provides pay ranges representing its good faith estimate of what the Credit Union reasonably expects to pay for a position. The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal equity, geographic location, and external market pay for comparable jobs.
