About Integrated Services

Launched during summer 2023, Ford Integrated Services will create and market new customer experiences by integrating hardware, software and services across Ford Blue, Model e and Ford Pro. These products and services will allow Ford’s retail and commercial customers to customize their vehicle like never before, with OTA-driven experiences that grow better over time. Ford is developing leadership at the forefront of connected, digital platforms that will revolutionize every aspect of how vehicles function, the way people interact with them, and the value those vehicles provide.

About the Role

Ford Integrated Services is seeking an innovative and experienced Associate Creative Director to lead the creative vision and execution of our cutting-edge software, digital products, and services. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally to concept and direct immersive, user-centric experiences that drive brand engagement and customer delight.

This role is able to work remotely in the USA.

Portfolio/work samples are required upon submission to be considered for this role.

What you will do…

Spearhead ideation and creative conceptualization for Ford's connected vehicle ecosystem, spanning in-car software, mobile apps, websites, and emerging technologies

Establish and champion the creative direction across design, UX/UI, motion, and multimedia disciplines to bring the IS vision to Ford prospects and owners alike.

Proactively identify design challenges and architect elegant, future-forward solutions that exceed customer expectations

Present creative work persuasively to cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership

Ensure flawless execution of all deliverables adhering to Ford's brand guidelines and technical requirements

Mentor and upskill the design team through hands-on leadership, feedback, and promoting professional growth

Immerse yourself in automotive and mobility innovation to inspire creative output

Nurture a collaborative, design-centric culture centered on craftsmanship and human-focused principles

You'll have…

High School Diploma or equivalent

7+ years of creative leadership experience in automotive, technology, or digital product design

2+ years of demonstrated ability to lead or mentor a team

Exceptional portfolio showcasing innovative, user-centered design solutions and storytelling

Expertise in multiple creative disciplines such as product design, interaction design, branding, or UX/UI

Proven ability to inspire world-class creative and drive integrated campaigns from concept to launch

In-depth knowledge of design tools, prototyping techniques, and digital best practices

This position is a salary grade LL6.
