SALARY: 65K --- THIS IS A FULLY ON-SITE POSITIONSummaryThe Digital Marketing Specialist will assist in driving incremental growth across our digital landscape. Assist in driving paid search, paid social, affiliate, display and native ads to deliver significant, qualified paid traffic.The Digital Marketing Specialist will execute day-to-day tactics to increase marketing-driven pipeline and site traffic. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Set-up both internal and 3rd party/outsourced lead-gen programsLaunch and optimize digital ads for both lead gen and brand awarenessDay to day bid adjustments, keyword optimizations, traffic pruning for digital traffic and lead efforts (keyword, image optimization, etc.)Analyze and report on performance/ROI of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)Onboard digital sources of leads and traffic.Onboard dealers to lead programs at a technical level and test lead routing.Manage keyword builds and audits, campaign testing promotion execution, and daily bid optimization.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field4+ years of related experience in digital marketing and communicationsHome improvement industry experience with a manufacturer preferredProven track record with lead generationGoogle Analytics and AdWords experience requiredKnowledge in key areas of paid marketing (PPC, Paid Social, Digital Media buying)experience marketing a consumer product or brandIn-depth knowledge of online mediaMust be creative, have an entrepreneurial spirit, and design basicsSkilled at time, task, and budget management – especially attentive to detail and deadlinesAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft OfficeSuperior communication skills, both verbal and written
