This is a full-time, direct placement role at DM Clinical Research.

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

The Associate Director of Marketing Strategy will be responsible for providing oversight for all patient marketing initiatives. This position will work cross functionally with multiple other cross-functional departments across the organiztion.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop and lead internal teams focused on recruitment strategy to ensure all areas are strategic and innovative as they work to fulfill enrollment goals.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Market Research and Data Analysis, to gather insights and incorporate data-driven decisions into patient marketing strategies.

3. Strategize on the design of patient journeys across all studies in collaboration with multiple departments.

4. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to proactively adjust marketing strategies and ensure compliance.

5. Provide regular briefs (bi-monthly, monthly, quarterly) with key stakeholders

6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of patient marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve key performance indicators and objectives.

7. Act as a mentor and leader within the patient marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

8. Other tasks within the scope of this role, as assigned by management.

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

Education:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, required. Masters preferred.Experience:

3-5 years of marketing and building strategies2+ years proven leadership in developing and executing comprehensive patient engagement strategies in healthcare and/or pharmaceutical sectors.Credentials :

Strong analytical mindset to interpret data and inform strategic decision-makingDemonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively, driving innovation in patient engagement approachesIn-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systemsSolid background in graphic design systemsAdaptive to advancements in technology and tools in the patient marketing landscapeExceptional collaborative skills with cross-functional teams, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders.Strong command of compliance considerations with patient marketing, ensuring all initiatives align with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.All employees of DM Clinical Research, In any capacity, are expected to:
