The strategic and creative Digital Marketing Project Manager is a key member of the dynamic marketing team. You will work closely with the certification, operations, and business development teams to scale a measurable content strategy that reaches our target prospects and customers.

The Digital Marketing Project Manager will manage the content production, publishing, and performance on our WordPress site and social media channelsEssential FunctionsManages the content production calendar defined by the Editorial Board, provides project progress reports, and ensures projects are completed on time.Plans layouts for newsletters, news, LinkedIn posts, global or local campaigns, and more.Publishes content for our sites using WordPress.Construct an SEO-friendly optimization framework for all content that ensures quality and broad appeal, identifying ways to improve content performance.Stylizes content to allow for positive user experience front-end.Does front-end WordPress development work when needed.Measures, analyzes, and reports Key Performance Indicators for our website, Mailchimp, and social media channels.Measures and reports on content marketing's impact on critical cross-departmental performance goals.Works closely with interested parties to create a consistent and clear message that positions the organization as a market leader.Who You Are

Required Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree or equivalent2+ years of digital marketing experienceJob-specific Competencies:

Excellent WordPress technical skillsExperience with design software, i.e. Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and CanvaKnowledge of core SEO and web analytics concepts is essential (Google Analytics, Google ads...)Experience developing email content within automation systems like MailchimpHands-on, an autodidactic marketer with excellent project management skillsExceptional time management and organizational skillsAbility to work well in a fast-paced, digital-first environmentHighly effective in intrapersonal communication, both written and verbal, with the ability to work and collaborate across multiple teams and levelsAble to work well under pressure, particularly when facing a deadlineKnowledge of and ability to leverage social media to market company products and services is essentialAbility to work independentlyWho We Are
