Your Role: As our go-to expert, you'll be the heartbeat of our device demonstrations, bringing innovative products to life at high impact marketing, influencer seeding, and event activities. Your meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills will ensure every device shines and every event runs without a hitch. As part of your role you will ensure operational excellence, maintain compliance with relevant policies, and enhance customer satisfaction through efficient program execution across virtual, in-person, and hybrid events and influencer seeding. This role is perfect for someone with a knack for program management, a keen eye for detail, and a strong operational background.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Program Management:

Craft and execute a seamless strategy for device logistics from inventory management to allocations, ensuring our clients marketing and event showcases dazzle and delight.Manage the overall program strategy for device logistics across marketing and events, including loaning, seeding, and giveaways to support marketing objectives.Advise on order forecasting and oversee the integration of new devices and assets into management tools to ensure accurate inventory control.Get hands on with latest cutting-edge technology and accessories to understand how best to showcase technology across marketing and experiences.

Program and Inventory Wizardry:

Keep a laser-focused track of inventory of premium demo devices and accounts, guaranteeing we're always stocked and ready to impress.Maintain precise records of device inventories and monitor stock levels to ensure availability for all marketing and event activities.Coordinate the procurement process with client stakeholders for new devices, including placing orders, and managing deliveries to maintain optimal stock levels.

Stakeholder Coordination:

Conduct harmonious collaborations with internal teams and external partners, hitting all the right notes for successful outcomes.Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and timely execution of program deliverables.Provide regular reporting on program performance, including KPIs and trend analysis, to key stakeholders designed to track impact and engagement.

Client Champion:

Opportunity to work with an incredible and supportive client team who are passionate about their products from engineering to marketing to sales.Deliver stellar service and operational support, resolving challenges with grace and ensuring every interaction is a positive one.Lead client services and support to deliver outstanding service across various communication channels, ensuring prompt resolution of inquiries and issues.Handle logistics and order fulfillment processes, ensuring that all client and event needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Ownership of Process and Program:

Continuously refine our operations, championing efficiency and adherence to the highest standards and build leadership as the technology event marketing expert.Regularly review and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and compliance with all applicable policies and procedures.Train and guide team members on best practices and operational standards to maintain program integrity.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Events, Business Management, Compliance, Finance, Accounting, Retail Merchandising, or a relevant field.At least 2 years of experience in events logistics, customer service, order processing, retail inventory management, or a similar operational role; experience in program management preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with network setups required.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.Experience in events, logistics, supply chain, or device operations is highly desirable.Benefits:

Full-time position based at Cadence 3's office in Kirkland.Some limited travel (1-2 times per year) to major events across US and internationally may be required.Must be able to set up and operate within the Microsoft Corporate Network.
