DEI Content Strategist

Key role:Designs, develops, and delivers integrated DEI content that informs, motivates, and inspires our business and employees, while increasing awareness and competence. Plans, manages, develops, and delivers relevant, industry-leading content that demonstrates our DEI programming, efforts and strategy across diverse mediums and platforms. Organizes, leads, and presents clear and creative content ideas, across a matrix of leaders and decision makers. Leverages expertise in DEI principles and practices, project management, writing and editing, content development, and editorial calendars. Develops content strategy across multiple platforms that align to business priorities and moments in time. Maintains an editorial calendar for the periodical elements of the Unstoppable Together portfolio and Employee. Collaborates with content producer to shape content for the podcast, and supports research and socialization as requested. Develops editorial plans across platforms, identifying sources of input and stakeholders, and manages all editorial reviews. Drafts and manages DEI content for monthly senior executive leadership communications and weekly firmwide employee communications. Appropriately applies brand voice and style guides from an inclusive lens and exercises judgment in boundaries as necessary to achieve DEI project objectives. Tracks and measures DEI-related content and delivery impacts and provides and implements mitigating recommendations. Supports the evolution towards more user-friendly, more accessible, and 508 compliant content. Conducts content audits and gap analyses as needed and manages necessary steps to mitigate any gaps. Applies full life cycle of content strategy, planning, development, and delivery. Works with stakeholders to help define their content needs and revises, edits, and delivers content as requested. Supports partner team efforts in content strategy and development. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
