Purpose Of The Role:
Support the influencer workstream to build Lingo brand awareness, and product endorsement and drive sales.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop content ideas with external partners to deliver against the global campaign calendar.Traffic all internal approval of content before publishing.Support the management of our relationship with all external partners.Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns and apply learnings.Leverage data and consumer insights and monitor emerging cultural moments to find opportunities to join relevant conversations.Champions the Lingo and the client's brands in all materials and ensures they align with corporate brand standards.Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.Develop content ideas with external partners to deliver against the global campaign calendar.Traffic all internal approval of content before publishing.Available to travel 25% of the time.This position will be responsible for managing digital content for all external-facing digital channels including the web, email marketing, and digital paid media.This individual will project manage and advise on digital for business units, ensuring all digital channels are up-to-date and presenting consistently updated information and functioning as planned.Defines and refines the process for updating content and manages workflow, bringing best practices and efficiency to the process.Additional opportunities for digital research, strategy, and planning projects as needed. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
3+ years' experience.Strong interpersonal skills.Customer-centric marketing experience.Experience with social media analytic tools.In-depth knowledge of social media.Incredible relationship-building ability.Solid understanding of standard processes and trends in digital and influencer marketing.Proven track record of delivering measurable, successful, culturally relevant campaigns.Project management skills are a must, managing work demands effectively and thriving in a fast-paced business environment.Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to effectively communicate at multiple organizational levels.
Years Experience:
2 - 5+ years of experience in web writing;5+ years of experience working in customer/account services, including strategic planning;5+ of experience in interactive, health care, and/or high-tech marketing.
Skills:
Strong working knowledge of HTML, SEO principles, and web page layout.;Knowledge of web analytics tools;
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent
