We are currently on the lookout for Marketing Assistants to join our client's marketing & customer service team! Marketing Assistants will be tasked with supporting the efforts of our marketing campaigns and promotional customer service taking place all throughout the local area and work directly with our clients leads!
As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for developing marketing campaigns and introducing new products into the marketplace through interactive campaigns. Our highly trained Marketing Assistants serve as campaign managers and brand ambassadors for each of our client brands. The Marketing Assistant is responsible for executing dynamic marketing campaigns that make each client's products competitive in a highly competitive marketplace and ultimately assist to increase customer engagement!

For all entry level Marketing Assistants, we consider their interests, strengths, and qualifications when training and developing their skill set in the following key areas of each marketing campaign:
Marketing strategies geared towards increasing client revenue through direct marketing and face to face interactions with customersIndividual coaching techniques taught by our excellent and well-trained marketing and sales teamStrong leadership and management abilities over time through trial and error along with situational trainingAssess customer and client needs based off the demand of the client and the quota needed by the local office needsFull training is provided! We are looking for immediate entry level Marketing Assistants who are motivated about learning all business aspects of a growing marketing firm to start working right away!

Have a great student mentalityStrong interpersonal skillsComfortable working with customers face to facePrefer immediate availability and be able to work full-time hoursBe able to commute to events throughout the local areaPossess outstanding communication skillsWork effectively under pressure and maintain a positive attitudeHave some previous experience in retail, sales or customer service
