A distribution company in Northbrook is looking for a part-time Facilities/Office Services position on a temporary basis to support the Marketing department. The position will work three days a week in the office.
Responsibilities:Back up for reception duties.Maintain supply inventory; verify inventory levels by monitoring shelves.Orders, receives, and organizes supplies in supply room or storage.Deliver mail and package daily.Assist staff with shipping needs.Manage office supply inventory and keep supply area organized.Restock first aid supply.Maintain list of building maintenance or office maintenance issues and coordinate repairs/maintenance tasks as needed.Re-stock all items from pantry, kitchen, and office supplies.Requirements:
1+ year of Office Services or Facilities experience.Ability to stand on feet for extended period.Ability to lift 25lbs.
