Creative Project Manager

to join our Project Management, North America team!

The Opportunity

This is a

multifaceted

opportunity,

the first of its kind in the agency , where you will be managing the seamless execution of both

creative production and social moderation and engagement projects . You will be charged with the responsibility of overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from conception to delivery.

You will play a vital role in

developing and maintaining project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

To succeed, you will collaborate with a

diverse team of designers, writers, and other social specialists and strategists

to facilitate a creative and collaborative work environment.

You will also act as a bridge between internal teams and clients, serving as the primary point of contact, managing client and team expectations, providing regular updates, and addressing feedback. In particular, you will be i nstrumental in the support for all creative teams

by driving production schedules from ideation stages, right through to delivery as well as

managing standard moderation and engagement projects for social clients.

This Creative Project Manager will

contribute significantly to the success of social and creative initiatives

by fostering efficiency, creativity, and excellence in project execution.

This is a new role which will

help us drive our new creative offerings , meaning that, for the right person, the scope of the position can become

pivotal in supporting us to shape our internal processes for upcoming creative projects.

What You'll Do

Project Planning and Coordination:

Develop detailed production schedules & project plans while coordinating with teams.

Team Collaboration:

Foster collaboration among creative teams & specialists.

Budget Management:

Manage budgets while optimizing resource allocation.

Quality Control:

Maintain high creative standards & implement feedback mechanisms.

Timeline Adherence:

Monitor project timelines & proactively address delays.

Client Communication:

Act as the main client contact & ensure satisfaction.

Risk Management:

Identify & mitigate potential project risks.

Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with stakeholders & provide updates.

Reporting and Analysis:

Generate reports & analyze project data for improvement.

Continuous Improvement:

Implement feedback loops & contribute to best practices.

Client Satisfaction:

Ensure projects meet or exceed client expectations and identify growth opportunities.

Solid social media and creative production experience

with an agency or brand including but not limited to advertising, marketing, design; and have led and delivered projects from conception to completion.Proven and extensive experience in Creative and general Project Management

ideally with an agency or in the marketing, digital or social spaceDemonstrated proficiency in managing budgetsExperience with project management tools

i.e., Monday.com and creative toolsPreferred experience with CRM tools

i.e., ZohoUnderstanding of social media services

including social monitoring, strategy, insights, content, platforms, and toolsPreferred experience in people managementFamiliarity with social media data
