Support the development of technical marketing collateral on core Red Hat technology solutions, including compelling video content, blogs, and social media posts. Engage in customer executive briefings, technical webinars, and speak at technical conferences on Red Hat technology solutions.

*Telecommuting role to be performed anywhere in the U.S.

What You Will Do:

Support building technical product demonstrations of Red Hat technology for use by sales and services teams.

Provide general marketing and multimedia support to software architects and systems engineers.

Work with the analytics team to develop powerful and engaging data visualization dashboards for senior management and executive stakeholders.

Identify trends and patterns related to customer segments, marketing performance, web analytics, and user experience by gathering, mining, and analyzing data from Salesforce, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, and similar systems.

Serve as product owner and product manager of the Red Hat Portfolio Architecture Center digital web presence and affiliated sites for Red Hat.

Maintain website content availability with technologies based on Git, OpenShift pipeline, and Adobe Experience Manager and consisting of code in JavaScript, Node, React, and Python.

Responsible for marketing management of the technical content governance process for both internal and external assets.

Collect business requirements across business and technical marketing for enhancing customer experience.

Serve as a key resource for understanding the customer journey to optimize marketing efforts.

What You Will Bring:

Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Informatics, Business Information Systems, or related field and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related role OR Master’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Informatics, Business Information Systems, or related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related role.

Must have two (2) years of experience with product marketing, including building product brand and understanding customer and product lifecycle;

Must have two (2) years of experience with analytics tools, including Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Salesforce, SQL, and Python;

Must have two (2) years of experience with product management, including creating and maintaining software product specifications and customer use-cases, guiding development and new functions;

Must have two (2) years of experience with advanced analysis and reporting on marketing data and findings measuring revenue attach, customer retention, and content usage;

Must have six (6) months of experience using open-source software in an enterprise environment.

Domestic and international travel required up to 30% of the time to customer sites and internal meetings. Travel expenses covered by Red Hat, Inc.

The salary range for this position is $94,744 - $142,140. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.

Pay Transparency

Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
