Snap Finance, LLC seeks Sr. UI Engineer in West Valley City, UT.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders at Snap Finance to understand project and user requirements.
Design and develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using modern UI frameworks and libraries.
Utilize component-driven design principles to create reusable and scalable UI components.
Optimize UI performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility for Snap Finance's products.
Implement and maintain architecture and best practices to support efficient development processes.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members at Snap Finance.
Mentor and guide other Engineers, helping them improve their technical skills and best practices.
Stay up to date with the latest UI technologies, trends, and best practices, and advocate for their implementation in Snap Finance's projects.
Collaborate with back-end developers at Snap Finance to integrate UI components with server-side logic.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring high-quality and bug-free code.
Position based at headquarters and may be assigned to unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S. as determined by management.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or foreign equivalent). Requires 5 years of experience in the job offered, as a Software Developer, Application Developer, or related occupation. Requires 5 years' experience in each of the following: UI development with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. Requires 3 years' experience in each of the following: React; Angular; Rest Services. Requires 1 year experience in the following: Cloud Technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP). Telecommuting permitted.
