This key leadership role is accountable for the strategic marketing and execution, driving business growth, brand differentiation, and profitability on a global scale. The successful candidate will lead a high-performing team, focusing on science, innovation, and sustainability to establish the company as a leader in the drug development industry. Responsibilities include leading the global marketing strategy, influencing the executive committee with insightful strategies, and partnering closely with sales to ensure alignment. The role also involves brand development, regional marketing expansion in the Asia-Pacific region, customer segmentation, and insights, as well as leading growth opportunities and innovation. Candidates for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration, with an MBA strongly preferred, and over 15 years' of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within life sciences and healthcare. The role requires exceptional communication skills, expertise in demand generation, and a proven track record of collaborative leadership. A strategic thinker with the ability to transform data and insights into actionable strategies, the ideal candidate will have a global mindset and experience in multicultural marketing. Preferred qualifications include expertise in the scientific and technical dimensions of the industry, product management experience, and a customer-centric approach. The role demands an influence leader who can gain alignment and ensure interdependent work between global and regional marketing teams.
