We are seeking a Marketing and Sales Assistant to provide sales support by creating and implementing strategic sales and business development campaigns for our clients. The Marketing and Sales Assistant will be involved in customer interactions, researching new sales leads, generating leads and developing strategic ways to create long-lasting customer loyalty.

Responsibilities for our Marketing and Sales Assistant:

Develop best practices surrounding the use of business development and sales systems to drive team business objectivesWork with all divisional departments to ensure a seamless line of communication in regards to business strategies on requested managementCollaborate with the business development team to create new promotional sales campaigns for our varied client portfolio efforts surrounding the redesign of products to benefit teamsMaintain customer satisfaction through developmental sales strategies and top-tier customer serviceParticipate in-classroom training sessions, product knowledge seminars, and virtual web seminarsEducating consumers on new services or promotionsFurther our client's reputation by using top-notch customer service skillsTeam management and mentorshipQualifications for our Marketing and Sales Assistant:

1-2 years of business development, marketing, sales, or customer service experienceStrong aspiration to continuously learn and further one's professional skillsOutstanding customer service and communication skillsAbility to problem-solve and handle multiple tasks, with great time management and organizational skillsConfident and comfortable speaking in front of both small and large groupsCapacity to work in a fast-paced, challenging marketing and sales environmentBasic understanding of business development and sales processesAn outstanding track record of developing and maintaining strong, positive working relationships
