So what do you say? Are you ready to be part of something big?you will play a fundamental role in driving strategic planning and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Your responsibilities encompass the meticulous execution of cross-functional and marketing tests to customer segments and the translation of invaluable customer feedback into actionable plans. With a focus on customer retention and/or cross-selling, your role involves comprehensive management of the testing process, innovative marketing strategies, and effective communication of insights to leadership.

As the pivot link between strategic vision, business goals and tangible results, you will provide regular and comprehensive reports on test performance to leadership and stakeholders. Leading post-test action reviews, your insights, evaluations, and analyses will inform future strategies, creating a continuous feedback loop for ongoing improvement.

Responsibilities:Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, including the Consumer Insights division, various marketing channels, and operations to develop test strategies by translating customer insights and feedback into testable scenarios for validation.Proactively identify new opportunities for future test scenarios and build a robust test backlog with cross-functional stakeholders.Define objectives, scope, and success criteria for testing initiatives, fostering joint planning with cross-functional teams and align testing efforts with overall business goals.Implement testing methodologies that prioritize a positive customer experience, ensuring that all testing initiatives contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and engagement.Manage all stages of the testing process, including hypothesis building, test strategy design, preparation, launch, analysis, readout, and findings presentation.Document test methodologies, results, and lessons learned comprehensively, contributing to continuous process improvement.Work closely with marketing and cross-functional teams, data analysts, and stakeholders for seamless test management and knowledge sharing.Utilize data-driven insights for informed decisions on scaling, modifying, or terminating tests.Provide marketing Centers of Excellence with innovative marketing strategies based on test lab insights.Regularly report on test performance to leadership and stakeholders, providing comprehensive insights.Lead post-test action reviews, providing test evaluations, analysis, results, and actionable insights for future strategies.Assist with ad hoc requests to support a variety of business and consumer needs.Maintain and regularly update the organized and accessible test library.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field of study or any equivalent combination of relevant background, skills, and experience.3-5 years of experience in Marketing, Program Management, or Project Management, demonstrating proficiency in driving successful initiatives.Strong project management skills, with an emphasis on prioritization, organization, attention to detail, and diligent follow-up.A strategic thinker comfortable with hands-on involvement as a team player.Ability to prioritize multiple projects and programs effectively, ensuring consistent overall progress and successful completion.Highly proficient in Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI).Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong customer service skills when communicating with key internal stakeholders.Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-up.Ability to travel occasionally depending on project needs.AutoNation is committed to creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment in our workplace and the services we provide.
