We are a leader in Miami's hospitality scene, known for our collection of top-tier restaurants, nightclubs, and hotels. In this dynamic role, you'll play a key part in crafting the visual identity of our diverse portfolio, creating engaging content that captures the essence of the Groot experience for Restaurant Vertical.
Design eye-catching graphics for various marketing materials, including menus, social media posts, website graphics, event collateral, and print advertisements.Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to understand campaign goals and develop creative concepts that align with brand messaging.Maintain brand consistency across all design projects, ensuring adherence to Groot's brand guidelines.Stay up-to-date on design trends and technologies, constantly seeking new ways to visually elevate our brand.Work effectively with internal teams, including marketers, content creators, to ensure seamless project execution.Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.Possess strong organizational and time management skills.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience working in a fast-paced design environment (agency or hospitality experience preferred).Proven track record of creating high-quality and engaging visual content for various platforms.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Excellent understanding of design principles and best practices.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and take initiative.Passion for the hospitality industry and a keen eye for detail.
