BillionToOne is seeking an experienced

Senior Manager/Director, Product Marketing, Oncology

to lead the product marketing efforts for the oncology product portfolio (Northstar Select and Northstar Response).This person will work to understand target audiences and their pain points, then develop a unique value proposition, messaging, and executional plan to help the products meet their full potential. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to ensure the successful promotion and adoption of Northstar liquid biopsy product portfolio. This role reports to the Director of Product, Oncology and is a hybrid position (3 days from our office in Menlo Park or Union City, CA).

Key Responsibilities:Product positioning, messaging, and execution:

Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, sales, and other teams to develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and supporting resources that resonate with the target audience.Ideate programs and campaigns:

Partner with other marketing functions to champion campaigns that will help move the needle with our audiencesCut through the noise:

Take sophisticated clinical products and simplify their benefits to effectively communicate their value through marketing collateral including brochures, handouts, trade show graphics, ad content, among other items.Market research:

Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify customer needs, emerging trends, and competitive insightsCollaboration with External Key Stakeholders:

Interact with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, patient advocacy groups, and other relevant external stakeholders to drive product adoption and product loyalty.Collaboration with Internal Key Stakeholders:

Closely collaborate with the sales, medical, and customer service teams to ensure flawless messaging and execution of the product's message. Be the "first line of defense" for the sales team when it comes to product marketing.Stay ahead : Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in product marketing within the precision diagnostics industry and beyond. Stay ahead and bring innovations and best practices from non-healthcare sectors.Requirements:

5-10+ years of prior marketing experience in the biotech, healthcare or related industries is requiredProduct marketing experience in cancer precision diagnostics is strongly preferredBachelor's Degree is required. Bachelors or advanced degrees in biology-related fields is preferred.Experience developing product value propositions and differentiated messagingSolid knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices across multiple channels.Experience in creating data-driven marketing content and collateralsExcellent analytical skills to interpret internal data and leverage external data sourcesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate complex concepts to stakeholdersAbility to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving market environmentBenefits And Perks:

Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Oncology: For this position, we offer a total compensation package of $250,000 per year, including a base pay range of $150,000-$175,000 per year.

Director, Product Marketing, Oncology: For this position, we offer a total compensation package of $325,000 per year, including a base pay range of $200,000-$225,000 per year.
