JOB TITLE:

Marketing Coordinator

DEPARTMENT:

SUMMARY:

Responsible for assisting in planning and executing effective marketing strategies essential to the growth of the company.

HYBRID POSITION:

Hybrid work environment, minimum of three days on-site presence in the office (Atlanta and Duluth) and as needed for special projects and events. All computer equipment will be provided.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Provides Support to the Director of Marketing and Sr. Marketing Manager for daily/weekly tasks, as well as long-term projects and initiatives.Promotes and maintains a consistent online/social media presence across multiple platforms, including relevant social media and manages review platforms.Assists in the planning and executing of company events.Manages community and professional outreach for events and sponsorships.Designs, drafts, edits, finalizes and releases B2C marketing communication, such as email blasts, text blasts, advertising, and sales collateral to leads, patients and dental professionals. Tracks data, open and CTRs.Writes copy and creates graphics as needed for the company newsletter; consumer and academic websites for special offers, events, contest pages and blogs ensuring all content is current, accurate, adheres to company standards, and is consistent in tone and voice.Updates company website, including adding news articles, blog posts and graphics.Designs marketing collateral for continuing education courses for dental professionals and assists marketing team in the execution of continuing education events.Plans and executes patient contests and promotions, creates internal videos and patient testimonials.Provides support to Sr. Professional Relations Manager as needed.Coordinates across GSO departments for project collaboration and clear communication.Prepares weekly Marketing Analytics Reports.Determines the need for branded materials for internal and external use and orders accordingly.Promotes community outreach by promoting Purple Heart Smiles program, screens applicants and maintains relationships with candidates.Oversees Grin & Share It patient referral program.Portal team member – designs graphics and weekly content.Performs other related duties as assigned by management.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

There are no supervisory responsibilities at this time.QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) from four-year college or university in Marketing, Journalism or CommunicationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in basic graphic design and editing using Adobe Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, and Premiere Pro programs are a plusComputer skills: MS Windows and Windows based software, Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Office & 365Possess knowledge of HTML and WordPress
