Job DescriptionJob Description

This position is responsible for working with leadership to plan and execute marketing initiatives in effort to increase fund development for The Samantha and Kyle Busch Bundle of Joy Fund. The Marketing Coordinator will have a primary focus on all things digital marketing to support fundraising initiatives including special events, sponsorships, donor cultivation, and new opportunities.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing

Collaborate with leadership to effectively communicate the organization’s vision and mission to influence support.

Create and curate engaging content for and manage the organization’s digital channels including, but not limited to, website, email and social media platforms.

Serve as designer / copywriter / editor for digital content and other marketing materials as assigned.

Track and report on digital metrics including website traffic and social media engagements.

Monitor digital trends and developments to inform the organization’s outreach and strategies.

Planning / Admin

Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement an annual fundraising plan with strategies for annual appeals, major donors, grants, corporate and individual appeals, social media and special events to achieve financial goals.

Manage data and records.

Corporate Partnerships

Assist with identification and strategies for solicitation of new sources of corporate funding.

Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective corporate sponsors / partners to retain funding.

Create and update marketing materials in support of corporate partnerships as necessary.

Track sponsors / partners and manage applicable entitlements.

Fundraising / Gifts

Create and update marketing materials in support of gift cultivation as necessary.

Manage donor database to ensure that information is accurate and current.

Events / Campaigns

Collaborate with leadership to develop annual marketing calendar, to include all events and campaigns, etc.

Assist with planning and execution of all BOJF events and campaigns as necessary.

Solicit monetary and in-kind sponsors for events and campaigns.

Collaborate with leadership to create and update marketing materials in support of events and campaigns as necessary.

Manage volunteers for fundraising events and campaigns.

Podcast

Assist in the development of startup, infertility-related podcast.

Oversee booking to invite, schedule and coordinate podcast guests.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

3-5 years experience in digital marketing and fundraising for non-profits with a proven record of success.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal, time-management, and organizational skills.

Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Confident and creative problem-solver.

Open-minded, innovative and willing to embrace the unknown.

Strong background in social media management and growth required.

Background in digital media production.
