THE POSITION

Fast Forward is seeking a Marketing Manager to develop marketing partnerships that grow the tech nonprofit sector and our AI for Humanity program. This role is for a partner-focused marketer who deeply cares about Fast Forward's mission, is excited by the positive impact that AI-powered nonprofits will have, and has a special flair for developing relationships. Together with our partners and tech nonprofits, this marketer will advance both Fast Forward and our partners' goals.

The ideal candidate is a natural relationship builder and strong project manager who understands how to bring a project to life. They are looking for an opportunity to work in an inspiring and dynamic environment where their attention to detail, communication skills, and partner-focus will truly shine.

This position is based in San Francisco, CA; it is a full-time, in-office role (no remote work).

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Partnerships:Act as the primary account manager for marketing initiatives that involve existing partners.In partnership with the marcomms team, execute on marketing deliverables which may include co-written content, marketing/communications kits, content exchanges, press pushes, etc.Develop strategies for securing new marketing partnerships with aligned brands, organizations, and external channels that could move the needle for the tech nonprofit sector.Take point on organizing and preparing Fast Forward for external speaking opportunities and other collaborations.Project Management:

Develop and manage detailed project plans and timelines for partnership marketing initiatives.WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone with these specific traits and experience:

4-5+ years of relevant experience in marketing - experience with partnerships and event marketing a plus!Excellent communication and relational skills - can build relationships with stakeholders.Strong attention to detail and doesn't make low-effort mistakes.Passionate about the impact and potential of social impact tech.Strategic thinker who can develop, document, and execute on an impactful strategy.Skilled in project management.
