What You'll Do•
Plan and Conduct User Research Studies:
Develop comprehensive research plans and corresponding methodologies to gather user insights•
Analyze Data:
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights and inform design decisions•
Create Design Artifacts:
Develop personas, user journey maps, and other design artifacts to communicate research findings effectively to stakeholders•
Advocate for the User:
Champion the user's perspective and ensure user-centric design principles are integrated into the product development lifecycle•
Manage Research Projects:
Independently manage research projects, handle a backlog of research requests, and act as a utility player within the team
What You'll Bring• Minimum 2+ Years UX research experience• Strong research skills with a proven track record of conducting user research studies with examples of recent work• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights• Experience creating personas, user journey maps, and other design artifacts• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple research projects and requests independently

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the hourly pay range is $40 to $55/HR depending on experience. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The hourly pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
