We invite you to discover our award winning brands: Kaja, I Dew Care, Pony Effect, I'm Meme, and Nooni!The RoleMBX is looking for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support the Influencer Marketing Manager on all seeding initiatives and assisting on other various marketing needs for two of our Korean beauty brands, Kaja Beauty (color cosmetics) and I Dew Care (skincare).The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong writing skills, an ability to easily and authentically adopt a brand's voice, has a keen understanding of the current social media landscape and trends and can source influencers through Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube shorts and has an understanding of influencer tracking platforms similar to Upfluence. The ideal candidate must be a flexible and creative self-starter who is able to work within an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment and support multiple projects at once.This position will report to the Influencer Marketing Manager and work closely with brand managers, creative, and e-commerce teams.Core ResponsibilitiesIdentify and source key creators within our key demographics through Instagram, TikTok, Youtube Shorts, and Upfluence (our influencer marketing platform) to be included on product seeding and our TikTok shop affiliate program.Seeding product to influencers that align well with both Kaja and I Dew Care's brand guidelines to ensure that we meet all of our metrics and KPI's.Reporting on all seeding initiative performance.Assisting with TikTok Shop creative needs. This will include briefing our creative design team on our needs for banners, shop ad's, product page assets, and providing our TikTok shop agency with updated branding, imagery to use in their outreach to affiliates.Building our TikTok Shop Affiliate Community by sourcing and reaching out with personalized messages to strong performing affiliate creators who would be great fits for our brandsPR experience is a plus!Assisting the Influencer Marketing Manager execute Influencer/PR events.Will also own administrative tasks I.e. placing product orders for our office/PR agency, and assisting with any needs our Brand Managers might have.Minimum Experience and SkillsYou are a Beauty Enthusiast! You know the latest trends in skincare and makeup, are very engaged on social media, and have an eye for spotting amazing content and talent to support I Dew Care and Kaja Beauty brand storytelling.You have previous experience in influencer marketing or social mediaYou live and breathe social media with an always-on mentality; passionate user of digital technologies & knowledge of social media best practices - you've worked with content management tools before.You have a deep understanding of the in's and out's and latest and greatest of all prime social media platforms - TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat.You have an understanding of influencer engagement rates, reach, EMV, and other key metrics.You have an eye for great content.Organized, collected, respectful and willing and able to work with a team of super talented people, both independently as well as part of a team1-3 years experience working within influencer marketing or social media, preferably within the beauty industry.Self-starter who is comfortable owning and driving projects involving multiple deliverables to tight deadlines.Team player who likes to break down processes and problem solve.Previous fast-paced, scrappy experience strongly preferred.Proficiency in G-Suite, PowerPoint, and Excel.Experience using influencer tracking tools/platforms such as upfluence etc.Competitive BenefitsCompetitive compensationCompetitive Benefit Package (Medical, Dental, 401K, Vision, Life, AD&D, etc)Unlimited Paid Time Off + Paid Company HolidaysLocation :Los Angeles, CA (Hollywood)(Mon - Thu in office; WFH Fridays)
