What We Are Looking For:

We are hiring a Social Media Coordinator that is interested in all things social! The right candidate works under the supervision of social media managers to create social media calendars, strategies, develops content and captions, research, keeps social media accounts updated, and analyzes analytics of posts. The goal is to increase brand awareness through the usage of social media platforms. This would be to primarily support social media for a nostalgic Liqueur client. Looking for someone who has their finger on the pulse, knows what is trending and happening in pop culture, isn't afraid to share ideas and can be pro and reactive.

What You'll Be Doing:Work alongside the team to create a plan for social media strategies for more than one clientAssist in the growth of the brand by raising awareness through various social media platformsComfortable jumping on trends and developing contentBuild a community across platforms (community management)Develop relevant trending content specific to a Liqueur clientMonitor postings to ensure brand message is constant from the terminology used to images postedCopywriting - comfortable writing captions across social platforms and understanding the writing style varies based on platformAid in the daily aspects of promoting the businesses campaignsInteract with followers and potential customers by communicating and answering questions through the company's social pagesAssist in implementing plans to increase followers on popular social media websites such as Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedInOversee the creation and implementation of a monthly editorial which included monthly sales/messaging objectives and initiativesHelp create content as dictated by the monthly editorial calendar to promote messaging, sales, blogs and productsKnowledge of analytical tools and capable of assisting with recapsWhat You'll Bring Along:

Deep passion for social media focused on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook; experience working with social media profiles and influencers a big plus or CPG clients.Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related field.Available Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pmHybrid work schedule 1-2 times a week and on-site locations when needed.Ability to take direction as well as work independentlyAbility to meet deadlines and produce work in a fast-paced environmentFlexible and a positive can-do attitudeFamiliar with multi-social posting through programs such as Sprout Social and AirtableComfortable working with Power Point, Excel, Microsoft Office and Adobe SuitesGeneral knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web contentEntry level experience determining how to cater unique marketing campaigns to a unique audienceAbility to work alongside a diverse group of employees and simultaneously work toward many company initiatives at onceEntry level understanding of marketing strategy and how to use concepts throughout various forms of outreachTeam player with a positive mentality to do what it takes to complete a goal, no matter how big or small the tasks areAbout You
