We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager who has the potential to grow into the Head of Growth position. This role is crucial in driving sustainable revenue growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, a proven track record in managing successful marketing campaigns, and the ability to lead a small team.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.Manage and optimize digital ad campaigns across various platforms.Oversee influencer marketing initiatives and collaborations.Lead marketing efforts for TikTok Shop and other emerging sales channels.Implement and oversee retention strategies to increase customer loyalty and lifetime value.Explore and establish new sales channels for product distribution.Analyze performance data and key metrics (KPIs) to inform marketing decisions.Regularly analyze and report on the performance of marketing initiatives.Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure optimal allocation of resources.Identify and target new customer segments and markets.Oversee content creation and marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and goals.Manage and optimize SEO and SEM efforts to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.Identify and establish strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and growth.Plan and execute successful product launches, including go-to-market strategies.Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.Collaborate cross-functionally with all departments to align marketing efforts with business goals.Reporting and Team Structure:Report directly to the CEO.Manage a growing team.Collaborate with all departments to drive marketing initiatives.Location and Work Environment:Hybrid work model: 2 days in-office per week, remaining days remote.Possible travel requirements.Career Progression:

This role is designed with the potential to evolve into the Head of Growth position. As the Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your capability in driving growth and leading the marketing team, with the future prospect of taking on the Head of Growth title and responsibilities.Initial Engagement:

To ensure the best fit for both the candidate and Alabaster Co, this role will start as a part-time position for the first three months. This trial period will allow us to mutually assess the fit and performance before transitioning to a full-time role.
