**About this role:**Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Communications Consultant. This Communications Lead will be responsible for executive, internal and external communications for leaders that report to the Head of Shared Services Operations. In this position, you will be the central communications point of contact for the group and coordinate across Shared Services Operations functions, with accountabilities that include connecting internal partners and key stakeholders, enhancing employee engagement, and helping to rebuild corporate reputation.**In this role, you will:**+ Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic counselor to more experienced management+ Develop and implement communications strategies to promote and protect Wells Fargo's reputation+ Advise more experienced management on communications strategy to drive business priorities, and support Diversity, Equity and Inclusion+ Partner with other Communications teams to ensure alignment of communications strategies and messaging+ Provide strategic counsel and communications support for the team+ Develop and deploy integrated communications strategies and plans that align with business objectives+ Partner closely with other communicators to identify connection points and leverage best practices, including coordinating LOB communications for dual-report/dotted-line communications where applicable+ Lead innovative approaches to help leaders create enhanced employee engagement+ Offer insights and influence decision-making based on risk or reputational matters+ Collaborate with Public Affairs/Corporate Communications to coordinate work and ensure a "One Wells Fargo" approach+ Partner with communicators to create alignment and support for enhancing the overall corporate reputation**Required Qualifications:**+ 5+ years of Public Relations, Media Relations or Corporate Communications experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education**Desired Qualifications:**+ Experience developing integrated communications strategies and plans for leaders+ Experience counseling leaders on communication issues and the delivery of internal communications+ Experience designing leaders thought leadership platforms+ Experience in crisis communications and issues management+ Experience with proactive and reactive media relations+ Experience developing compelling content and leveraging multiple channels for creative storytelling+ Experience presenting information in a manner that persuades, enhances understanding at all levels+ Experience in Operations communications including engagement and storytelling**Job Expectations:**+ Currently operating in a Hybrid model of 3 days in the office and 2 working remotely**Pay Range**$100,800.00 - $179,200.00**Pay Range**$100,800.00 - $179,200.00**Benefits**Wells Fargo provides all eligible full- and part-time employees with a comprehensive set of benefits designed to protect their physical and financial health and to help them make the most of their financial future.
